You really need to define relationship a bit better. It can mean a lot of very different things. But if you mean a relationship on a partnered level then yes it's possible. Healthy, I don't see why not. If thats what you want then go for it. I don't think were "wired" to be with someone. We just follow the maddening crowds that tell us that's what we should do ;-)

Yes, I grew up around 19 cousins and 8 aunts and uncles. All of the adults we had to listen to. All the neighbors knew everything about you too.
