sure if the person's site inwhich u visited didn't know that they had it, It could be a Trojan Virus that works in the back ground and it piggy backed on ur I.P. address when u went there

There can be viruses/scripts in what looks like a regular picture.

Have you ever noticed if you recieve a e-mail from a store or something like that in Outlook Express you have to click to view the pictures? Its becuase some companies track your info when you view the pictures.
