The situation with water and electricity is far more complex then
your average murder mystery would have you believe.
Electricity will generally choose the easiest path to complete
the circuit. At least, most of it will. If the water is filled with salt
(such as sweat), it may find it easier to complete the circuit
by going around your body rather than through it.
However, water and the salt on your skin combine to form
(amongst other things) ions that conduct electricity very nicely.
This means that the electricity can get to you and to your
blood stream (which is basically salt water) and then you are,
uh ... toast.
If you drop a toaster in the bath, the electricity is "seeking"
a return path, a.k.a. "ground". Ground comes in the form
of the pipes connected to your tub and also mother earth and
the return to the power plant.
Your worry is from the time the toaster enters to the water
until it settles onto the bottom of the tub completing the
circuit without the need of electricity going through any
water other than is in the toaster. That is usually milliseconds.
However, during those milliseconds, the electricity is traveling
throughout the water in the tub, depending on the impurities
in the water, how close it is to the tub walls, etc. You might
get lucky and not have enough of it go through your blood
stream (and thus your heart), to cause your heart to stop.
You can imagine some poor sap doing a PHD thesis on
electrocution by putting mice in tubs and dropping in toasters
to get some idea of the actual mortality rate - but it isn't 100%
by any stretch.

i'd imagine it will be ok till it really is plugged into the wall immediately. The water out of your palms would drip down interior/lower than the buttons tho into the hardware and reason destiny issues so i'd do both or. they have particular (bathe) song gamers examine at purpose, they are made for water.
