I don't know anything about computers. My daughters were here to hook me up and now I'm on my own. Do I call technical help or do I do it manually?

I am not sure what you are talking about. I do not think it is popups because NO ONE wants them.
I would suggest calling 1 of your daughters as they are more likely to understand what you are trying to say.

You have a "pop up blocker " installed so there is two things you can do...
1. disable it...when you recieve a pop up you will see a symbol look for that symbol on your tool bar its at the top of your monitor... right click your mouse and diable ..or when you get this message "blocked" and a noise...re click on the link but hold the "ctrl" key down when you do...its on the left and right near to the space bar

Are you sure you want pop-ups -- the annoying ads that pop-up every couple seconds while you are noodling around? Most of us use the Yahoo toolbar with the pop-up blocker to disable this.
Maybe you should restate your question and give us more detail. I don't understand what it is you are looking for.
