hi.
i play the violin in an orchestra..(at school)

were supposed to design a 10 minute warmup/tuning for the class.

im presenting on thursday, but i have no idea ..

any1 got some fun games/activities i could do?

There are lots of fun things to do with scales. Broken fifths, different bowing techniques. If it's just supposed to be warm-ups, scales are good. Anything that'll get your fingers moving.

pick a song that everyone knows, like mary had a little lamb. then just write the notes in different rhythms.

E E E E DDDDDDDD C(hold for 4 counts) D D D D EEEEEEEE

like the E is 4 eighth notes, then the D is 8 sixteenth notes, the C is a whole note, the next D is 4 eighth notes, the next E is 8 sixteenth notes, etc all the way through the song. make up your own rhythm to a simple song that everyone knows.

or just make up your own rhythm to a scale.
