Do you use a sam's card the same way as a credit card?
Can you just charge stuff to it and pay it later? How does it work?

The only sam's card I know of is from a merchandise store, and you have to be a member to shop there. It is called Sam's Club, they sell groceries, clothes, stereos, televisions, and all types of appliances. You do have to pay cash or use a credit card in addition to the Sam's card.

As mentioned above the only Sam's card I know of is for Sam's Warehouse. It is part of the Wal-Mart chain (named Sam's for Sam Walton, founder of Wal-Mart). You become a "member" of the club and pay a yearly fee to use the card. With it you are allowed to enter the Sam's store and purchase items. With out the card, if you do shop there, you pay an extra 5% on everything you purchase. The only credit card they take is Discover. They do not accept any other credit cards. They buy in large bulk, so can sell things cheaper. A lot of businesses buy from them, as they can get items in large quantities and business people that have a tax number get a membership card that they pay even less than the general public that has a Sam's card.
