Affordable housing, low crime, low pollution, comfortable climate, access to great shopping, entertainment and recreation, excellent schools, friendly people, little congestion, relatively lower cost of living then other states, no state income tax to name a few. A Dallas suburb.

1. I belong to one of the best churches in this country. Not only are the people great but our Pastor is recognized nation wide as an annointed teacher of God's Word and is on the radio in almost every state in this country. http://www.oneplace.com/ministries/enduring_truth/archives.asp
2. I live not far from Redwood City which has a sign boasting that the climate there is the best by government test.
3. I have the Pacific Ocean to play in on the West and the Sierra Nevada's to ski in to the East and the wine country and the redwood forests to the north and a wide variety of people and cultures and foods and entertainment and goods and services all around me.
I live in Mountain View, CA which is on the penninsula between San Francisco and San Jose.

Well, my neighborhood isn't one of the best, and I often pray that we lived somewhere else, but I won't complain. I'll be grateful. Here are my 3 reasons:
1) Nosy neighbors. That way, if someone tries to break in or something, we'll be sure to know.
2) We have space (we're not too close up under people).
3) The grass is green! :D

In NYC...
There's always a concert someplace.
Whatever you want to eat, you just have to walk a few steps and you can have it!
If you're from someplace else, that's okay, because so is most everyone else.

The people, the scenery, and the way of life. It doesn't get much better than what we have.
