i found acne on my chest and was wondering how to get rid of it. it isnt that bad only a few spots here and there.but still want to get rid of it. PLEASE HELP!

Neutrogena makes a really good body wash that has acne medication in it. My friend had a lot of problems with body acne and starting using the body wash and it cleared up. You can also use the acne spot medication like clearasil or whatever on little spots, too, just like your face.

Acne is an adolocense plague, so to get rid of them you need to drink alot of water, eat alot of vegetables, fruits and wash the face thoroughly daily with aloe vera this will surely help you with acne problem. It is indeed nature so do not try to stop acne with chemical this can be hazardous to your health.

Are you using anything on your chest that could be causing the break outs? a cream or a new soap? If so maybe stop using it for awhile so how that works.

Try an acne wash. Neutrogena makes a pretty good one.

the beach my friend had bacne and went to the beach(in the water) and she said it totally cleared up and went away
