I live in Canada and we use the metric system. Three litres equals a gallon. Today is would cost around $2.40. If anything, prices are increasing up here. Milk is around 4 dollars a gallon, and eggs are around $1.80. Get this, premium cigarettes sell for around $ 9-10 a pack. Butter is around $4 a pound. Bacon is around $5 dollars a pound. Yup, its expensive here. A 26 ounce bottle of booze is like $21.

I'm in Baytown, Texas right now and gas is $2.03. a 12pk. is probably about the same but you can usually catch it on sale for like 2/5.00 or 2/6.00. eggs might be about 8 cents more. and milk is like 2.99 a gallon, unless on sale-but usually i see it for like 3.29.

That's in Ontario, Canada.

Gas is $2.36/gallon as of yesterday when I checked in Northeast Wisconsin. As for the rest of it, I'm not sure, but probably pretty similar.
