driving license?

i am about 15 years old (11/19/1991) i wanna know when can i get driving license in c,a? and what should i do ? i should go to the driving class where does have class does it have at high shool? thx

The laws have changed in the last 3 years, as well as the laws concerning when you can drive, and who you can have as a passenger.
The best thing you can do is go to your LOCAL DMV office and obtain a copy of the California Driver's Handbook. It will tell you everything you need to know, and if you can't find the answers there, THEN call the DMV and ask the question(s) you couldn't find the answers to.

BTW---All the answers to the written test are in the handbook. NOT ALL the answers to every legal situation is there, but if you KNOW the material in the handbook, you will pass the written test.

I don't know the laws in CA, but I would guess you would get a permit at 15 1/2 after taking a drivers ed class. Then after driving with your parents for a number of hours (I don't know what it is in CA) and completing behid the wheel you can tak your drivers test at age 16.
