You can buy a LapLink cable that couples between pc's using the USB ports. It comes with software that you install on both pc's and then they connect together and you can drag and drop anything you like.

Somebody said laplink cable. I have used this software for the exact purpose of moving music files from a laptop to a PC. It works great.

Huh? Just connect a cross over cable to both the RJ45 sockets of the computers. Also, change both computers to the SAME workgroup and you're on.

Go to MyComputer,
right click,
Properties,
Network Identification,
Properties,
put in your computer name
and make the Workgroup name of both PC the same
and that's it.

Just RJ-45 will not cut it. They need to be networked. just get a small switch or wireless router. The switch probably is $20.

other ways...
if you have a burner, just copy the files and then put them in your pc

or get a flash drive, save the files onto the drive, and then plug in the drive to your pc and copy them
