My best friend knows i have a crush on her, but because she's attached, it can't go anywhere. I'm wondering if I owe it to her to let her know that the crush has deepened into something more meaningful to me, just to be honest in our relationship rather than because it'll lead to something. However, despite a few problems seperating my feelings for her as a friend and something more in the past, i've gotten to where i feel like the luckiest person in the world for knowing her at all, and if something else ever happens, that's cool, but i don't feel cheated if she can't return my feelings. bottom line: do i owe it to her as a friend to be honest with her under the circumstances or is it best to leave things be since it doesn't cause a conflict now for either of us??

Never miss out on an opportunity to tell someone how you feel about them. If you are friends it should be easy. If she is seeing someone then let her know that you wanted her to know. If you don't you may find yourself asking the Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda questions later. Let her know that you are there for her. Be her real friend while she is with someone. If their relationship does not last, she will remember how much of a friend you are to her and did not interfer with the relationship. It maybe then that she starts to look at you in a different light. Good Luck!!

I have always been a firm believer in following your heart. There is never a gurantee to anything that deals with love. But, the worst thing to do is deny and then regret. It will seem to you that it may be foolish, heartbreaking and embarrising. Love should make you feel that way. It will hurt always when you give your heart away and it won't get returned. There is no preparing for it. The final outcome is yours. Love never ends, it pauses, give it away, it grows, and no matter what it is always worth it so try it.

It's your friend that should make it easyer for you to tell her. If she already knows you have feeling for her I would say something. Ohnesty is the best way to go. Good luck. I hope it works out for you both. I can relate to you I also have a crush but am too afraid to tell because she is also my boss. I guess it is because we are afraid of rejection. I do think they should know. Just waiting for the right moment.

well honesty is the best policy but you have to take into consideration the fact that she has someone. then ask yourself....will me telling her this compromise our friendship? her relationship?
