Well, if you want to put on some muscle then try to eat more foods with iron in them, like spinach (cooked is okay, iron is an element so it won't break down).

If you are a male, don't overdo the iron in your diet though. Whereas women need extra iron, really excessive amounts of iron for men might cause heart problems.

Also, exercise some.

Lifting weights, along with a healthy balanced diet, can help put muscle on your limbs.

Alternate between your arms and legs each day, so you are not working the same limbs 2 days in a row. The weight lifting breaks down muscle so it comes back stronger. But if you break it down 2 days in a row, you really are not helping it come back.

If you can drink milk, or enjoy some other food that has calcium in it, that is what helps muscles contract, so that might help with your muscle building efforts.

Swimming is good if you want to build up your chest size and your lung capacity. Swimmers generally have good physiques.

Stay away from fads. Lots of the fad diets out there are not sustainable and some even boomerang on you.

Increasing starchy, sugary, and greasy foods is not a good idea. These are bad for your body. Even if you want to gain weight, your calories should come from foods that are good for you. Healthy fats include omega 3 oils like fish oils, flax, and nuts. Good sources of protein include organic meats, fish, and organic poultry. Increase the number of meals per day to 5 or 6 small balanced meals. Protein powders and shakes can be added as meals. Some are flavored and only need added water and some others can blended with water or your choice of juices to improve the taste. It would be a plus to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psillium powder to add some healthy fiber.

I have the same problem due to Crohn's disease and this has worked for me.

Are you bragging or complaining? I am trying to loose weight, like most other American women....

See a nutritionilast or a Dr and have them make some reccomendations. If you just eat french fries and crap junk food, it will make you gain a little weight, but also very unhealthy inside, high blood pressure, cholestoral..things like that.

Have milk based food, high protein food...most importantly have a balanced diet......and suitable exercising..AND... having 4 to 5 small meals regularly otherthan having 3 large meals can make you fat...being thin MAY BE because of genes....if you are healthy....it doesn't matter how thin you are.....!!!

Believe it or not lift weights it will build body mass without getting too out of shape, increase your carbohydrates a bit

Eat a lot of protein- chicken tuna, etc. and weight train. Just remember to do something like pilates or yoga to keep your limbs and muscle tissue stay lean looking.

Eat a Shake from Mcdonalds every other hour! Of course I know this is a fake question. Very funny too. (you might want to take an English course! You obviously cannot spell any better than an hispanic!) duh!

you have to eat every day a spaghetti. french fries and ice cream with a bottle of coke for breakfast everyday.

Eat alot of carbs and basically eat what ever you want, consider yourself lucky, not many can eat what ever they want
