Runny nose!!! At least with the stuffed up nose you don't have to worry about tissues on hand, or your nose running while your trying to talk to someone and the noise....

Stuffed up, because it causes pressure to build up around my eyes and I get a massive headache. That leads to pain,pressure,and then nausea. I would call in sick.
