i've heard of a building downtown indiana but im unsure of the name. i believe that the bottom floor is a restaurant and the top floor is club. what is the name of it? and do you have to be 21 to enter? thanks

if it's downtown Indianapolis it's probably Julian's or Charley and barneys. yes you have to be 21 to enter the second and 18?? for the first.

Not sure where you are talking about, but if the top floor is a club/bar, you would have to be 21 to be there.

it's is jillians on meridian st, It has two restaurants down stairs one has big screen tv and always has sports on then the second one is a hibachi grill, then if you go to the second level it has a arcade, then the third level is a bar/club then there is a bowling alley up there too and you can order food from any level your on.

hard to answer, as Indiana is a state. There is no downtown indiana.
