Speaking from personal experience, yes to all three.
BTW, the term "multiple personalities" is an outdated term. The modern medical term is D.I.D., Disassociated Identity Disorder.

Sometimes I am Jan,sometimes Madeline Kahn. I talk like a waitress. I talk like a man. My ego is up! My defenses are down. I sing like The Beatles. I laugh like a clown. My disorder is orderly. My clean mind is a mess. I hear many voices inside me. I truely confess. To know me is to love me. To love me is to dread. This poem is now over. It's time for to bed.
