Congrats on your pregnancy...
Polyester does stretch, but if you want to increase its ability to stretch, check the label to see if it contains spandex. The higher the percentage, the more it will stretch. Furthermore, I would look into maternity clothes. Many of them have an elastic waist panel that will stretch with you as you grow.
I wish you and your baby a happy and healthy birth...

I was 7 months pregnant and very happy because I didn't have any stretch marks, and then out of the no where, I started to get them in one side of my belly and then my whole belly was full of them big red stretch marks!!! I used everything out there and nothing helps what's worse is that I haven't go In labor yet and now Im getting them in my arms, boobs, legs, down there, my butt, is really disgusting but oh well my baby is worth it.

Some of them do. I have a polyester dress that used to be my moms (not maternity dress at all). It fits me and I am 8 months pregnant with a big belly. It's the only dress that makes me look like I'm not wearing a tent.

Polyester is supposed to stretch some, but not all of it does. It's a synthetic fiber. Try maternity clothes.
