Why??? DayQuil is non-drowsy and Tylenol PM makes you drowsy. That's why you take DayQuil in the daytime and Tylenol PM before you go to bed.
If you take Tylenol PM in the morning or afternoon you may fall asleep on the job or worse....while driving.

I wouldn't but you can call Walgreens or any pharmacy and ask. The tylenol pm should give you comfort.

I wouldn't recommend it. Try calling your doctor and ask to speak to a nurse. If your cold is really that bad you should go to the doctor.
