Being angry over something like this is NORMAL. Wanting to punch someone out over this is normal too. But actually punching them out is a no-no. Don't do it. It is called 'assault' in legal terms & carries legal incarceration consequences. Don't do it. You be the adult here. Now its not about their actions, now its about yours. You have to take responsibility here for what you do & not blame others for your wrongdoing.

She never made legal vows with you to be faithful to you. How important is all of this going to be to you one hundred yrs from now? How important is it going to be then?

Get a perspective on this. I don't think a sucker punch would really satisfy your need to hurt her. That's physical, you need to get even on an emotional level. Hurt and embarass her the same way she did to you. A good idea?
