It's not a boob reduction...it's called liposuction, just call your local plastic surgeon for a quote.

I imagine most men aren't happy to talk about "boob reduction" just as eager to talk about ED. Contact a local plastic surgeon or get a referral thru a professional plastic surgeon's association.
