You are sexually active, and you don't know either you or your partner to be sterile. If you need someone to explain this to you, you are in very big trouble.

Yes, you could be but doubtfully. It's too early for ovulation. You definitely would not have symptoms yet. I get cramps after my period is over, it's endometreosis. You might want to talk to a gyno. about it. It could be stress. It could be the beginning of an ulcer. If the pain is bad, see a Dr. soon! I doubt your pregnant though. If you want to get pregnant, wait another week and try some more (you'll probably be ovulating then).

It depends on how long your cycles normally are. If they are the standard 28, then you probably did not get pregnant, you'd have a better chance between 9-28 and 9-30.
If you have very short cycles, then it could be a possiblity (a small one).
Try reading "taking charge of your fertility" it is the best resource I've seen for knowing which dates to get pregnant on.

pregnancy could happen in any time even during your period, so there is a great chance that you are. I had that dull pain with both my pregnancies adding to that normal period throughout the pregnancy! By now I think it's possible to know if you are. See your gynaecologist for advice

I think it's probably too early right now to know. You probably won't know until at the very earliest next month. If you wait until when you are supposed to get your period and don't get it, then take a pregnancy test to know for sure. Good luck!

i don't know about others but i really don't think that you have those symptoms right away..it takes a while..the actual first symptom is right around when you should start your period and usually it is extreme fatigue..i thought i was getting the flu because i was so tired..
