I think Ice can help and also things like alovera gel. If you have an ice-pack, use it.

When you think about it, when you get warm, your skin goes pink and then more red to reflect your heat levels. So if you're able, allow your sunburn to go in its own time and wear a wide-brimmed hat or sunscreen (or preferably both) in the mean time and try the ice and gel option.Store the gel in the fridge - that way it'll have a dual effect.

Time and only time. Sunburn is temporary damage to the skin. The skin sloughs and rejouvenates within 3-5 days. your skin will do the work its suppose to do in order to heal. Apply a moisturizer on your skin, it will help because the sun dries the skin.

Prevent it from happening..you are cultivating wrinkles. If you are red right now, put some witch hazel in your refrigerator when chilled, apply on a terry cloth and lay down and place it on your face. Follow up with a mild moisturizer. Next time WEAR SUNSCREEN.
