I am planning to buy a gel for cellulite reduction.Pls let me know whether it is really effective and are there any possible side effects.Thanks

cellulite is caused by the connective tissue under the skin. there is no temporary cosmetic product on the market that can permanently reduce this tissue underneath the skin. the only fixes are thermal resurfacing and enderdermologie. ($$$$) imagine putting raw egg on your face. it would make your skin tight but it would wash right off when you took a shower or started sweating or anything like that. those creams/gels, even the expensive ones are the same thing. save your money

I don't think gel or creams work for cellulite reduction. I've tried it without much luck or results. Some people can be allergic to the ingredients, may get a rash or redness. Otherwise i think their harmless.
Exercise is the best for me to help tone and firm up.

exercise dear-dont depend on gels-u will regain once u stop it-they are useless.rope skipping etc are good-eat less if u don't physically active.
