well because they are brainwashed by the people they've been influenced by. so yeah, gay and hetero are both neither perfect or imperfect. that is why yin and yang is so escessional to the balance of this earth. without that balance, the world will be chaotic.

because staright people have been around and known a lot longer than bi or gay people. the gay people were new and acted differently ((what could they do - people were shunning them and calling them names over somethign they couldn't control)) so of course they might act a little weird and distant. so people don't exactly take nice to that ((some people are just plain rude)) think about it - so many of the 'popular kids' or high leaders a lot of them are snobby or rude - so all they need to do is say somethign bad about a gay kid and all of a sudden the gay person is just a loser now because of one persons opinion. - you know because everyone else couldn't think for themselves.
theyve just been around longer and so being straight is just the most normal thing (having 2 noses isnt normal, right?) so you look weird if you're not straight. i guess cause way more of the population is?
hmm, hope i helped

I'm straight (mostly) and I totally agree with you about the homophobes, as well as any other prejudices against race, religion, etc. It is getting very old!
I don't understand why every one is so consumed with how others are living their lives. They should concentrate on their own lives, and their own problems. As they obviously have serious problems if they are filled with that much hate.

It goes deeper than that. It is another "sin" put here for us to be tempted to commit. The simple act of judging those who are "not like us." I have no right to judge someone because they choose to live a certain way. That is God's job to judge. But it is human nature at the same time. We are all here together and we have to remember that we are ALL human. And all humans are one in the same on the same journey called life.

hmmm... i personally think that homosexual couples are the best way to study human sexuality in its purest form.
To have children, men and women have to compromise on a fundamentally instinctive level, which isn't a problem in a homosexual couple. Gay persons know what their partners are likely to enjoy sexually because it's usually similar to their own. It's fascinating to see the difference in sexual patterns especially between lesbians and gay males.
even though I'm straight, I think homosexuality is a beautiful thing and I hope to understand more about it. ^_^

Prejudice and insecurity, plain and simple. Some people have to believe they're better than someone else in order to feel okay about themselves--"at least I'm not..."--and lucky us, we're the targets du jour.

There are a lot of people who think way too much of themselves. They feel that they can tell others what to do. We are all people and need to be treated as people.

There are more kind, accepting people than bigots, they are the minority. Nobody is perfect. you are right about that.

Because straight people aren't morally disgusting. Didn't you know gay people apparently have a "thing" with gerbils.
At least, that's what I've heard.
