Vampires, for most people, represent powerful and evil creatures. Dreaming about vampires suggests that the dreamer may be feeling overwhelmed in some areas of his or her life and is struggling with negative thoughts, feelings, and actions. You may be currently concerned about ethical or moral issues and are experiencing anxiety as a result. The vampire represents personal attributes or negative habits that drain energy and resources or cause emotional exhaustion. If you are being attacked by a vampire, you may perceive yourself as a powerless victim. Interpreting this dream's message may help you to identify the source of your negative feelings and helplessness.

it sounds like too much television, and a confusion that exists in our society re, sex and carnivores..1 might be the lion and the lamb, 2 might be the wolf and the goat..these are committed relationships and although different from our social norm, arouse us even as the continuing onslaught of sex and violence on television focuses on a majority I've noticed of images being blondes and brunettes in various acts of sex and violence..perhaps the laughter is there as we all seem to negate the conscious reality of the images we are seeing as twisted reality. That one image of an actor vampire stands alone, may be because his portrayal inspired you to think about what you are watching and why.

Did you fall asleep with the TV on? Maybe he was on an advertisement.
Dreams are a way to relive the day and to work out problems within your mind. Some dreams are premonitions. Vampires aren't real so you have nothing to worry about.
The Sesame Street vampire counts numbers....

I couldn't help but laugh when I read your question. LOL.
It's the Count from Sesame Street. If you watched it when you were a kid or knew enough about it, your subconscious probably caused you to think of the Count...or whatever that crazy puppet's name is. He teaches the young viewers how to count and laughs pretty weird, too. That just about explains it; a subconscious dream of Sesame Street. ^_^
