A function is increasing when the y values get greater as the x values get greater. Or in other words, as you move towards the right, they graph goes up. That line gets higher on the right so it is increasing. Assuming the line continues in that direction forever. the interval that it is increasing is negative infinity to positive infinity.

The function is always increasing, so the interval of x is all real numbers.
