First of all, Socialist, Halliburton is a lot of times the only company that will do a lot of these jobs.
Secondly, a company must make a profit to do something. Do you work for free? They risk millions in capital and have a right to earn a return on it. If there is no chance of profit, there will never be any risk. It blows my mind how many communists and socialists live in America.
I own my own business and know what needs to be risked. It is not easy. 95% of businesses fail.

Do I need to mention that the men and women who work for Haliburton, Kellogg, Brown and Root are actually sacrificing just by putting themselves in harm's way to go to work everyday in a combat zone? It's not like they are safe and sound with their families at home. They choose to go overseas to do these jobs. Everyone wants to talk about immigrants doing jobs that Americans won't do; what about the people who work for Haliburton doing jobs that are too dangerous for other Americans to do? I think they deserve some credit.

Haliburton, Brown and Root has made this same profit from all the same reasons for the last 30 years.
Even made LOTS under Clinton during the rebuilding of project's under Him.
Your argument makes no since...
Beside, what company other them them can do that job as efficient?
Would we even have had this conversation if Chainey had not been involved in that company? You do know that he sold all of that stock a long time ago and has no interest in it?

It isn't ONLY that they make a profit, theirs is unlimited as they have no oversight and a no-bid contract! They even steal, charge for things that were never delivered, and supply our troops with some pretty raunchy meals!
They aren't making millions! They are making BILLIONS!!! And then we cut Widows benefits in half, cut VA by 8 Billion in FY 2006 and give tax cuts to the wealthy!!
And us, NOT THE RICH, get to pay for it all!
It makes me want to puke!
