I want to be a dead homecoming queen for Halloween this year. I need ideas on how to make myself look great. I also want to look hot, but not slutty. I need ideas for my dress, hair, & makeup!

OK - go to thrift store or goodwill and pick up a prom dress. Make a mum, spray paint it black and put spider webs and a spider on it. Use white face paint for foundation and then powder with baby powder and brush off excess. Then use black around your eyes. Put baby powder in your hair so it looks dusty. Drape your hair in spider webs and spiders. Then - put on your tiara and carry dead roses or fake roses spray painted black. You could add a sash that says Homecoming Queen if you want. I like the idea. How about a dead homecoming queen with shards of glass sticking out of her head from where she flew through the windshield of the car being driven by her date? She could have a cell phone in one hand and an empty liquor bottle in the other. Good luck.

First find the dress. I would suggest ripping it up and maybe even running it over or dragging it behind your car. To give it that dirty look.
Get a tiara and give yourself "bedhead". Buy one of those kits that at a halloween store for dead people- they usually give your face a greyish hue.

If you do not already have a formal type dress, then I would go to a thrift store and buy one. They usually have lots of really nice dresses to choose from but at a much cheaper price. I would wear nylons with runners in them. Take them outside and put them in dirt to make them look dirty etc.
For your hair I would do an upsweep but I would make it loose and ratty looking.
Your face wear as white of makeup as you can. On your eyes I would wear really dark shadow but kind of smear it around. Make sure your mascara runs.

Whats the dress look like? For certain dresses, a queen or princess would be cool. For a more modern dress, you can also go as a zombie prom queen.

I would take a clue from the movie "Carrie". She was[obviously]alive, however you could put a "new spin on it!" Have fun and be creative! I think it sounds like a GREAT costume! XOXO Moon
