SERIOUS * If you have chest pain and you know it is not gas, you should seek medical attention right now! With your stomach being swollen and your chest hurting you probably have a bad case of gas. Try an antacid or 'gas-x'. If the symptoms persist more than an hour later you should go to the E.R.

you could be having heart problems or just about anything. Go to the doctor, ask for a stress test. Be specific in the area's it hurts, what time of day, how often, etc. The more info your doctor has to work with, the better your results will be.
