It might be worth $5 or $10 more now that he's the all-time saves leader than it otherwise would have been, but still not more than $30 or $40.
The value of autographed memorabilia has more to do with the rarity of the item than anything else. For instance, Hank Aaron was a very genial player, and signed thousands of autographs, so his signature really isn't going to fetch a high price, despite his being the HR and RBI King.

depends on if he really signed it (not one of those printed signatures) and how many he signed
As a matter of fact I read in the paper that he went to Savanna High and Cypress College. When I read it I said to my self no ****. I live two miles from both schools and my neighbor may have went to school with him. They are about the same age. What are the odds?

Not all that much really. Who cares about him bar Padres' fans? I mean, he's a relief pitcher in an era of relief pitchers. Other than "Hell's Bells" he's not really all that charismatic a player.
Go to ebay and have a look but my best guess is no more than $30 max.

sadly, it is worth $25 ,but it is worth 2-3 times as much if it is a mlb certified autographed ball.
