Well thats a break down of proper english. If you want to study or work in the UK you would have to speak proper English. Especially in big name univs like Cambridge and Oxford. Do your TOEFL first or some English course.

Oxford Univ is not in London.

I suggest that you improve your English language skills so that you make a positive impression on the admissions committee. Also, carefully consider your goals and motivations, what you bring to the institution and what you hope to take away, before applying.
