NO. ( yes, I know- different answer now).
It is not okay- you have friends, school, family. I say FRIENDS with a boy, but not BF/GF. Hearts are easily broken, it creates some needless chaos in a young teens life. Leads to things you MIGHT regret later in life too.
Hang out, have fun, but not exclusive "dating".

It is great to have a guy to get to know and do fun things with that is what early teens should be for. Not sexual, but pure fun. Things to do without parents like movies, dances, skating, walks in the park, or paintballing if your into that type of stuff. If he doesn't respect you and can't wait till your ready get rid of him

I think a boyfriend would be fine. I might be leary on them actually dating until she turned 16. Maybe im just old fashion.

Yes, that's about the time it starts. You have to wait until you're 18 to lose the status of "jailbait" though.
