where can i buy blank wipes cases to decoratre them myself?

Do you mean like baby wipes? If so,why buy them when there are probably several mothers of babies near you who would save them for you. Just put up a request at the library,supermarket or any store that has a bulletin board. Ask everyone you know to put out the word and before you know it ,you will be inundated with donations. People don't like to throw stuff like that away and are always happy to give it to someone who can recycle it.
