Forget what all those narrow minded people just said. Yes, the way she did it on kill bill does work, but consider this - How many times did she punch that damn plank of wood? A lot. It wasnt just a mind trick, it was about making her hand hard, hard enough to punch anything and anyone. Thats why training with a master takes years, they need that time to turn your body into a rock! So your hands got to be super hard, and you have to know EXACTLY where the pressure pionts are. I doubt you will ever find anyone to teach it to you, its a well kept secret now hidden in ledgend, but yes, it works. The pinch from Xena works too, if you know the pressure points.

What happened in Kill Bill was not the real thing. The real thing uses the idea of pressure points to stop the flow of blood to certain areas. Much the same way as reflexology uses certain points on the body to help with pain and other ailments. You can use similar techniques to harm as well as help.

Hitting the correct pressure points in the human body in the correct order and the correct pressure can cause a simular effect as the " 5 point " in "kill bill". it is not something that many who know how to do will ever show another . there are many pressure points in the human body that if hit correctly can cause almost instant death, not just at the heart

The way it was done in kill bill is not real. However there is a method to stopping the heart through a rapid hit and a rapid series of hits. Most take the name Dim Mak.
