we cannot prevent corruption. the reason i say that is because people are born greedy. the more we want something the more unpredictable acts we going get. for example one of the republican congressman from california got greedy and helping his buddies and his buddies give him money. all politicalitian are greedy. shame on them. even in different countires because they need to survive i rest my case

create and enforce sunshine laws - meaning all government business is open and public
