1) You've got to have a positive atitude. You can't look at the glass half empty all the time and just expect it to fill.

2) Convince yourself that you are bigger than your problems. Stick to it. You might also want to focus on one habit or problem to change at a time. Don't bite off more then you can chew

3) Find people who are going to guide you through hard times. The choice to change is still entirely on you, whether you want to quit smoking, lose 10 pounds, or stop biting your nails. But with good and encouraging friends, everything is easier.


Changing is hard, and we all have a problem of doing it. But the fact is, that our problems just get bigger if we don't solve them. Every time you conquer an obstacle in life, applaud yourself and believe me, the feeling of satisfaction that you get is well worth the blood sweat and tears. If you want to do something, stay committed! No Pain no Gain!

#1. think it over, is it really what you want to do?
#2 can you make the commitment for life?
#3 get it into your head that commitments are not real?
#4 understand that a commitment is the trap of an
unsure person.
#5 the only commitment you should ever make is to
never make any stupid commitments.

If you really want to be committed, just run around naked in the street hooting like a monkey. Guaranteed, the nice men in white coats will come and commit you right away.

1. follow you instincts. if something dont feel right don't do it
2. repeat i will succeed three times
3 get started. if you dont then youll get no were fast
4 think of it as something fun rather than a chore or race. it will make you feel better about it
