i never had, but its been done to me. when i was younger my brother just punched my stomach and knocked me out of my breath, i couldn't breath, the most horrible feeling in the world, i wouldn't to that to anyone unless it was by defense

yes i have, it was an ex boyfriend, he got the wind knocked out of him from it....if i remember correctly he was even crying a little. I gave everything i had in that punch, BTW he told me to do it!! I laughed alot!

Well when I was in 9th grade, I got into a fight with a girl in my class because she was picking on my best friend. I punch her on the chest.
Our punishment was detention for two weeks, but after that she left us alone.

yeah, but that's when i was in aikido. it was supposed to be a joke, and i really thought the guy would evade it, but surprisingly he didn't, so there, i punched him very hard. but i think it was just an accident. i don't know if it hurt him the way he acted though.
