I'm homeschooled so time doesn't really matter. The only problem is my age. I keep finding jobs where you have to be 16, but I was just wondering if there was any jobs for me.

Go to city hall. They owe you a job. Youre a tax payer. otherwise, try talking to people. Whoever you see, introduce yourself and ask them "Where can I find some moral job to earn money". Be careful and let your parents screen every offer. Don't be gullible. Ask cops, teachers, priest, neighbors, .. you get the picture. Set some realistic goals and review them often. NEVER give up!
