I had them at 17 weeks. was under loads of stress at the time. if not too regular, you should be OK. check with your doctor just to make sure (after all, we're not the experts! :) )

For a lot of women braxton hicks start around the time you feel baby moving. With my first I felt them at 18 weeks, with my second I felt the braxton hicks at about 15 weeks. I wouldn't worry unless they are getting very regular or intense. Good luck and congratulations :X

No I dont think its too early to feel them I started getting braxton hicks around 19 weeks also thought it was too soon also but I think the more children you have had the more aware of these things you become.
sources: currently 22 weeks pregnant

I didn't feel any Braxton Hicks with my first, but with my second I noticed them really early. You probably should rest a bit after a busy weekend and if you notice the contractions getting stronger or more frequent call your doctor or hospital. It never hurts to be overly cautious.

It's not too early for braxton hicks, but it is too early to make that assumption. Get it checked out. at 19 weeks, a baby has almost no chance of survival. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
If you did a lot of traveling, it's possible you are dehydrated and it's possible you are having round ligament pain.

Braxton Hicks usually don't start earlier than 24 weeks or so. It could just be your uterus growing. If you really think it is Braxton Hicks since this is your second pregnancy, talk to your doctor to make sure everything is OK.

Just make sure that they don't hurt. Braxton Hicks should never be painful. If the contractions you are feeling are painful, then yes, it is too early to be feeling them.

it does sound a little soon for this. but, you have been traveling, and that could possibly be the source of the contractions. no matter what tho, i would call the ob. just to be sure. good luck! :)

These actually occur right in the beginning but you dont notice them at first. As long as they dont become regular (every 5 minutes) then you're fine.
