About one month before my father died of Parkinson's Disease in his 80's, he told me about a vision he had of me standing at the foot of his bed in a long, White gown. He said I looked solid and not see-through, and he said that I looked SO beautiful. When he kept calling my name, I simply stared at him and acted like I didn't hear him. I would not respond to him. Was this an omen for his up-coming death? Is this what they call a living ghost? Why was I not see-through? Why did he see a vision of me and nobody else? Is anyone psychic who could explain all of this to me?

I believe this vision he was having was of the future, he was on the other side and looking down at you. In the vision you were solid, still alive, he was not. You could not hear him because he was not in this dimension. Yes - this was an omen of his up coming death. The white gown is symbolic of purity, innocense, love, which is what he felt for you. Obviously he cared about you very deeply.

This might have been a preview for him like looking through a miror everything is backwards. Once he crossed over he understood this much better than we can. the catch is he now can see you but can't answer your questions. Relax when your time comes he will be waiting at the foot of your bed to explain and he will be beautyful.
I do have the feeling you left something out I get the feeling that you're sick too. I hope not I've been wrong a lot of times.
GO TO CHURCH NOW TONIGHT.
this is just a strong feeling I've got.

It was a wedding dress. You are in it on your wedding day and there is a moment when you are alone and you're thinking of your dad. You are sad because he is not there to give you that last father daughter talk, or walk you down the aisle, or have that special dance with, but he is there- you just can't see him. You look so beautiful and you are so close to him that he tries to talk to you, but you can't hear him. Remember that moment on that day and you just migh be able to hear what he is trying to tell you. :)

he was probably just coming to the time where he knew he was going to pass soon. he was thinking of all the people he would leave behind and those he could not talk to for a time again. it saddened him but he knew he could look upon you and see you even when you could not talk back.

Perhaps you had an unconscious out-of-body projection. That would be my guess.
