Well for one thing, I have vacationed in Alaska and the Canadian rockies. Hard not to be aware once you've seen the retreating glaciers and so forth.
Plus, I keep up with environmental news anyway. Global warming affects other species before it affects us, and I care about them.

Just the Earth cycling. Over the millenniums, the Earth has warmed and frozen. Global warming? It's just bunk!

I am aware because there was a book at the bookstore on global warming.
I also know about global warming because each summer it gets hotter and hotter.

Global warming is a myth made up by Al Gore to try to scare the crap out of all of us. Dont believe it.
