how to play movies on ipod?

i have a 30gig i-pod.how can i play my downloaded movies in my i-pod.they ae all in mpeg format...........

first you need one of the newest ipods and you can now buy them from itunes so then should load straight to the ipod when you plug it in to your computer

first of all this format does not supported by ipot u need to convert it. try videora it is free and u can convert it.
