Yes black will look good. It is one of the basic colors needed in every wardrobe, along with white of course. The key is finding the right shirt, that is pleasing to you. When that is done, a strong positive attitude will carry you far! ;-)

Dark colors make you look skinnier, and if you are ripped, you would be sort of cone-shaped in black jeans.
