Isn't it about time to give the poorest of the poor a raise?

Or are business owners too cheap to pay a few extra cents to their workers?

The minimum wage law has become a farce.

Raise the Minimum wage will automatically raise the wages of the Unions. (This is the real reason that it is even discussed)
Raising the Minimum wage only raises the cost of living which takes that wage increase and makes it negligible or worse, not near as much as you could afford prior ot it being raised.

It has nothing to do with the Poor, ONLY the unions who will vote for the Democrat's who want to put it in place.

every time the wage has gone up in CA, my rent went up a few months later. the restaurant i worked at actually raised prices to offset the increase in labor costs. nobody is willing to lose a few dollars to help out the poor. the minimum wage increase will work for a few months and then expenses will catch up to everyone all over again. eventually a loaf of bread is going to cost $50, because the companies will keep raising stuff to make up what they are losing

When will the minimum wage law be repealed? If it isn't repealed by Congress, and if the state minimum wage laws aren't repealed by the state legislatures, then shouldn't the Supreme Court get involved and say that all minimum wage laws are unconstitutional -- which it has already done before?

I make minimum wage, I do not want to see minimum wage raised, because every time it is, there is inflation, which actually makes the American dollar worth less, and I would hate to see our money become worthless.
