Minimum wage earners don't pay any income tax.
Minimum wage leaves you below poverty level, and your tax rate is zero.
Illegal immigrants, however, if using false documentation are unable to file for a refund of their withholding, so they actually do pay tax. Additionally, many pay social security (that they never collect).
Of course, all people in this nation, illegal or not, pay sales tax and property tax (which pays for schools). There's no way to avoid those.
