One thing can be said for certain regardless of your position on something. If it is technologically possible for us to be able to do something, then it is only inevitable that it will be done. If we can travel through time, we're going to do it sooner or later. If cloning can be done in a much larger scale than it is, we're going to get there. The point that should be explored is what kinds of policies and controls should be in place if we are to implement cloning in our society. Will the clone have rights? Will the clone be the property of their cell donor? Will the Clone be regarded as the child of the Cell donor even if they are at full maturity? Focus your energy on these areas to suggest protections for society and people, which includes the clones themselves.

I assume you are talking about human cloning.
First figure out why exactly you are against cloning. State clearly that cloning would be detrimental for the various reasons you've thought of (that's your thesis statement.)
Then present evidence (preferably from scientific research) that supports your thesis. For example you could show data from cloned animals that show abnormal development or premature aging. I seem to recall something about the telomeres and epigenetic effects. Or the inefficiency of cloning. Or the potential effect on society. Try to stay away from spiritual or religious arguments; they aren't very persuasive.

Many problems could arise from cloning research, things and people, including evil leaders such as Hilter, could feasibly be brought back to life if cloning research continues. Lives are also shortened due to cloning, because genes, as life progresses, get shorter, therefore a cloned human would start out with a shorter genetic code, meaning shortened lifespans.
