Rule #1, although DO NOT EVER attempt coordinating your eyeshadow/liners with your dress. It will look tackier than you could imagine. Stick to some neutral colors for everything with the exception of eyes or lips...accentuate one or the other, not both - for homecoming I would play around with eye makeup ahead of time so you can get just the look you want and you won't be fussing that night trying to get it just right for the first time.
Best of luck!

I just did my makeup for homecoming this last weekend with 2 shades of brown eyeshadow, smudged navy blue eyeliner on the top and bottom (it made a gorgeous smoky eye) & loads of black mascara. Keep the rest of your makeup soft... pink blush & neutral gloss. Good luck!

Well you can do a smoky eye for example like this one and use your own colours and it will walk you through how to put it on.
LOOK ONE

LOOK TWO

LOOK THREE
If the smokey eye is not for you then I would go for like a golden brown mixed with a bit of blue green eyeshadow and use a base colour somewhat natural beige colour and put that on first all over eyelid and under the eyebrow for more definition on the eyes. You can use brown eyeliner and black mascara or brown. Hope this help and hope you have a wonderful homecoming.

Violet eye shadow will bring out the green in your eys. Try hot pink (not crazy hot pink..try mac) in a triangle from the inside corner of your eye up to the brow bone then down to the middle of your eye, violet smudged from the middle of your eye at the top of the eye crease to the outer corner, medium brown around the violet and highlight the brow bone with something shiny. Lots of mascara, dark brown shadow at top lash line, natural lip.

I would go for greens & browns on the eyes with lots of black mascara,it will really make the color of your eyes pop! use some rose colored creme blush, just on the apples of your cheeks & line your lips with a rose colored lip pencil and then add some pale pink colored gloss! I Think that would lok soooo cute! Good Luck! :)

i think that u should go for greens and browns on your eyes.
u should put a lot of dark black eyeliner and mascara since your eyes are hazel this will look nice on you.
don't go for a lipstic choose a nice dark and light mixed lipgloss.
choose products of good company like covergirl or avon.
go for a brown or blue nailpolish.
