Colors do not "emit" energy. Colors are a result of our perceptions of different wavelengths. Shorter wavelengths have higher energy. Violet corresponds to a shorter wavelength and thus would have greater energy. Ultraviolet cannot be seen but has even greater energy, sufficient to damage your skin. X-rays are still shorter and have enough energy to pass through you.

Waves of different wavelengths have different energies.

The formula E = hf, where E = energy, h = planck constant, and f = frequency of wave, sums it all.

Violet end waves have a higher frequency then red ones so by the formula E = hf, the violet waves would have a higher energy.
