good restful sleep, a decongestant to clear your head while you sleep (and work), vitamins, water (lots!), peppermint tea (for the throat and head), and soup
go to work but try to take it easy as much as you can, if possible leave a little early, hope you feel better.

:( Im sorry you are sick that always sucks. Now heres the bad news. There is no cure for the common cold.. :( A cold last for exactly ofr 14 days. You can however get medication to help out the symptoms a little bit. I hear that Zicam is good for treating them but mostly i would say take some tylenol for the pain and maybe some throat spray. Hang in there it will be over soon!

Getting over a cold quickly is not something I can give, however they make Cold-eeze lozenges, tablets and other stuff. I havn't had a cold in over 6 months, or anything for that matter. I take a Lozenge the moment I feel like I might be getting a cold, or my nose runs or anything, and I havn't gotten anything yet,

drink plenty of orange juice, (w/ heavy pulp) the juice and the orange particles make for a quick recovery, although a cold last a week if you take medicine and 7 days if you don't (learned that from my grandmother

wish i knew, but i don't. and i would have said to ask your doctor, but it's too late. you could ask a pharmasist, though. CVS, walgreens, they're open 24 hours. at least, walgreens is for sure. hope this helps and good luck!
