I have no symptoms of wheezing. it feels like i am just taking deep breaths, and i get a wierd feeling when I breathe all the way...any ideas, please help This has been going on for about a week.

Rats! I just forgot the name for that. What happens is, often for an anxiety attack, you start breathing too fast or too deep, and your system gets too much oxygen. Oh, i remember, it's hyperventilation.
It can give you perfect imitation of a heart attack, with tingly feelings in your arms; chest pains; the whole bit.
You can try breathing in a paper bag to increase carbon dioxide.
Sometimes if there is an anxiety attack involved, a doctor will prescribe valium, but don't let them get you addicted or agree to take it forever.

If this has been going on for a week, you probably won't die from it! Sometimes when you concentrate too much, you hyperventilate. Could that be what is happening? You feel like you are not getting enough air when you really are. Try breathing into a paper bag. If it is ok when you are sleeping, it may be that. If it is getting worse, or you are having trouble sleeping because of it, or you are really concerned, or you have had an infection, go to the doctor. It could be anything from simple hyperventilation to pneumonia.

Go to the doc because this can be a serious health problem and can probably can cause damage.....just go to the doc...better being safe than sorry......
